highlight the factors that influenced your participation? 

I gave myself a merit because een though the walk was super dooper incredibly hard i still did it and barley complained.

Challenge-there was heaps of uphill and it was really challenging

pushed the body to physical and/or mental limits-I was pushed mentally and physically because at some points of the walk i wanted to give up and just lay where i was but i pushed myself and kept going

environmental appreciation-It was actually very pretty there and the view was really pretty

Aesthetic appeal-i was very pretty at the top
