I gave myself a merit because when i was at home i felt like i was diening so it took a lot to not complain to my dad a lot, when i was at home i was very helpful, i helped my dad bring in and put away the groceries

Wellbeing-when i was at home i got better

Pushed the body to physical and/or mental limits-my nose was so stuffy and i had breathe through my mouth and that made my mouth and throat dry and it sucked

Equipment needed-i had everything i needed, water,food, my bed and the only thing i needed was maccas

Fun and enjoyment- it was fun and enjoyable because i was not at school and it was fun
